There are a few reasons why orders may end up being cancelled automatically within our system. The most common causes are that the item(s) are no longer available, invalid information was provided, or the payment was unable to be processed. Examples: the billing address does not match the registered address of the payment method, invalid zip codes, etc.
If your order was cancelled without your request, please feel free to contact us or e-mail us directly at email@example.com with your order number and inquiry. We are more than happy to look into the reason behind the cancellation so it can be avoided in future order placements.

Unfortunately, our system is unable to ship to APO/AE addresses at this time.
International shipping and destinations outside of the United States are subject to import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, customs clearance and all other expenses related to the import of products into the destination country. You, the customer, are responsible for any additional delivery costs. All orders are shipped via USPS.
Alori cannot mark orders as gifts, add these additional fees to orders before checkout, predict or calculate which fees and/or taxes, if any, will be charged upon arrival.
At this time we are unable to combine multiple orders for shipping, nor can we provide a discount on shipping rates.
USPS tracking information can sometimes show as delivered before the package actually arrives. Please allow a few business days for your order to show up and to check for possible delivery delays in your area, as well as with neighbors before contacting your postal office or courier service.
For further support on your missing or delayed package, please visit https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm to file a claim directly. Shipping services (Priority Mail, First Class, etc.) can be located on your confirmation tracking page.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update once you receive your confirmation e-mail. In some cases, USPS tracking may become unavailable when a package is handed off to a different courier in the destination country. Don't worry, your order is still on it's way!
If tracking becomes unavailable, try entering the tracking information into your country's postal tracking service online. Please note, international shipping can take up to several weeks depending on clearance times and delivery delays.
Alori assumes no responsibility for unavailable tracking codes once the product leaves the United States.
If you've missed deliveries, entered the wrong address or simply haven't collected your package within the appropriate time frame, your local postal or courier service has the right to return your order to the sender; this typically happens after 2 - 4 weeks. This is out of our control and we cannot reship returned orders. If you would like a replacement, we would be more than happy to fulfill a new order for you!
Once we receive the returned package, we will send you a refund notice for your order. Please note, refunds may take up to 3 - 5 business days to complete depending on the payment method used. This refund includes the price of items only and does not include the original shipping cost, any additional shipping charges and a possible restock fee. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Alori assumes no responsibility for the exact time periods used by postal or courier services, nor can we guarantee item availability for newly placed orders. Alori has the right to deny refunds on any returned packages that appear to have been opened or tampered with.

Our entire range of Goat's Milk Brush Cleanses are cruelty-free! We're currently working on broadening our range to include more Vegan Brush Cleanses as well. Stay tuned!
All of our brush cleanses have a shelf life of 24 months.
How long a single brush cleanse lasts depends on too many variables for a straight forward answer; everyone is different! (i.e. how many brushes and how frequently you're washing them, the size and type of brush, the formula you're washing out, how much product is on the brush, etc.)
Both our Goat's Milk & Vegan Brush Cleanse formulas are a softer solid than other solid cleansers currently on the market and should be used with a light hand. A very small amount of product goes a long way for creating a quick lather. Please also ensure you're not working brushes or sponges into the cleanse surface under a direct stream of water, this can cause the product to break down and make you run through the cleanse much faster.

All of our scented brush cleanses are intended for active use. Scents may begin to dissipate after 3 months, however this does not mean the cleanse has *expired, they are still perfectly safe for use and contain the same anti-bacterial cleansing benefits.

Of course! Our Sensitive & Unscented version was carefully formulated with working artists in mind. It's free of scent, free of color and safe for all skin types.
All of our scented cleansers are intended for personal use only. Similarly to regular products, since everyone varies, some people may be sensitive or allergic to certain essential oils or scents. We do not recommend working artists use any scented cleanses with their brush kit.
Different scents require variations of the same formula; this could mean the ingredient percentage is slightly altered to incorporate and account for the different scents, etc. Since all of our cleanses are handmade, each scent formula and batch is thoroughly tested to meet the quality and performance customers have grown to expect from our cleanses before they are approved for sale. Our promise and mission as a brand is to supply customers with the best quality products as humanly possible.
With that explanation out of the way, different scents can have different cleaning levels. In no way does this mean certain scents provide a lesser clean or have a weaker performance compared to other cleanses. It simply means that some cleanses can be more gentle during the cleaning process and may take a little more patience, especially if you are trying to remove deep stains from brushes or sponges. Despite which brush cleanse you use to clean your makeup tools, you are still able to get the same result.
The ring or bubble appearance around the edges of the cleanse is normal, this may happen occasionally during the pouring and settling process. The dark or light spots on the surface of the cleanse, some describe it as a "makeup residue" appearance, is also normal and can be caused by the essential oils / mineral-based colorants that are used in scented cleanses.
Alori’s promise is to provide you with the best quality and most hygienic products. We can firmly guarantee your new cleanse has not been used as we do not, nor have we ever accepted returns for this reason. Alori owners, Alo (@makeupby_alo) & Riply (@riplyofficial), are the only individuals who handle products and order fulfillments. We hope this puts your mind at ease with your new product.
