Refund Policy

By shopping at Alori I acknowledge that all sales are final. For health and sanitary reasons, Alori does not accept returns or exchanges on products.


Shipping Policy

By shopping at Alori I acknowledge the shipping time frames presented to me at the time of checkout for both orders and pre-orders alike. These time frames can range anywhere from 14 business days to 8 weeks for standard orders and several months for pre-orders. I, the customer, am aware that sales, promotions, weather and holidays can affect fulfillment times.

I acknowledge that Alori assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, missing or damaged packages and are not required to issue refunds or replacements on orders that have a delivery confirmation. Once my order has been received by the courier, any and all liability is handed over from Alori. As the customer, I am aware that all claims, concerns and complaints must be submitted to and handled by the courier directly.

I acknowledge that I was given the opportunity to select Route shipping insurance at checkout and that it was my sole decision to ensure my package was covered in the event of my order arriving damaged, getting lost in transit or stolen from off my property. As the customer it is my responsibility to file any insurance claims through Route and/or my local postal service within their required time frame.

I acknowledge that international shipping and destinations outside of the United States are subject to import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, customs clearance and all other expenses related to the import of products into the destination country. I, the customer, am responsible for any additional delivery costs.

I acknowledge by choosing a mail forwarding service, I am doing so at my own discretion. Alori is not responsible for any missing, lost, stolen or damaged orders once the package has been delivered to the forwarding company I used and/or once the package has left the United States. I, the customer, made the decision to use a mail forwarding service and agree to the terms and conditions that any orders placed using a mail forwarding service are not valid for refunds or replacements of any kind.

I acknowledge that in the instance my package cannot be delivered and is returned to Alori, I may be sent a refund notice for my order once it has been physically received. I am aware this possible refund includes the price of item(s) only and does not include the original shipping cost, any additional shipping charges and a possible restock fee.

I acknowledge that Alori has the right to deny refunds on any returned packages that appear to have been opened or tampered with. Packages that have been refused by the customer and sent back by the courier will not be refunded.


Replacement Policy

By shopping at Alori I acknowledge that I have 5 days from the date of delivery as provided by the tracking number to report any and all incorrect item(s) or discrepancies within my order. I, the customer, am aware my claim must include my order number, photos of the incorrect item(s) and a legible photo of the packing slip that came included with my order in the inquiry and if this information cannot be provided, the claim will not be submitted. I am aware that any claim(s) filed after the time frame mentioned above are not subject for review.


Order Policy

By shopping at Alori I acknowledge that once an order has been placed, Alori is unable to cancel, change or modify my order. I, the customer, have ensured all contents in my cart, as well as my billing information was correct before submitting my order.

I acknowledge that Alori has the right to refuse any order placed at any given time. If the reason for cancellation is seen as fit, the order will be refunded immediately and future orders may be refused. Alori is not required to provide any reason or additional details regarding cancelled or fraudulent orders.


Discount Policy

By shopping at Alori I acknowledge that once an order has been placed, Alori is unable to manually apply discount codes or alter prices to match sales. This includes any order placed during an active promotion or shortly beforehand. I am aware that all sales are final.


Abuse Policy

By shopping at Alori I acknowledge that system abuse will not be tolerated at any capacity and will result in my account being marked with fraudulent activity, all future orders will be declined. Alori is not required to provide any warning or additional details regarding terminated accounts.

I acknowledge that mistreatment, exploitation and abuse towards any Alori staff member, including customer service and affiliated content creators, will not be tolerated at any capacity on any given social platform or media source. I am aware that I am responsible for my own behavior and will accept the consequences for my actions and words. Alori has the right to ignore, block, terminate my customer account and refuse future service if seen as fit.


Rewards Policy

By signing up and being an Alori Rewards member, I acknowledge that I am limited to one account per customer and that point balance and tier status's earned by any given account will reset on the first of every calendar year. I am aware that reward codes are account bound and can only be used by the assigned member.

I acknowledge that earn rates do not include shipping or taxes and reflect U.S. currency only. During sales, earn rates apply to discounted prices only and do not reflect the original price. As the customer I am aware that points cannot be exchanged for physical currency or profit and that earn rates and reward amounts are subject to change at any given time.

I acknowledge that unused rewards are valid for 6 months from the date of redemption and that compensation and refunds cannot be given for any unused and/or expired rewards. I am aware that pre-orders and new releases may not be eligible towards reward redemptions or discounts.

I acknowledge that Alori has the right to refuse, disable or terminate my Alori Rewards account at any given time and that abuse of terms and conditions will not be tolerated at any capacity. I am aware that Alori has the right to decline and/or refuse any redemption or future order if seen as fit.
